Shorts Edition is coming

Here we go! This time around we’re going to be screening a selection of short films from 2018 that really had an impact on us and that we hope you’ll enjoy too. We wanted to serve up a really varied ‘menu’ of films and what we’ve put together encompasses lots of different styles.

Our next event (our eleventh to date!) will be on Friday 22nd November, from 7pm at King’s College London. As always, entry is free, but please reserve in advance via this link. The short films will be screened in Galician with English subtitles and we’ll have simultaneous translation into English at the event.

Here are the short films we’ll be screening! “Marusía” de Pedro Sancho, “Son unha tumba” de Khris Cembe, “Limbo” de Dani Viqueira, “Beautiful Boy” de Fran X. Rodríguez e “A nena azul” by Sandra Sánchez who will be with us in London for a Q&A session at the event.

This event has been made possible thanks to sponsorship from ABANCA, the collaboration of the Office for Cultural & Scientific Affairs at the Spanish Embassy in London and the support from the Department of Spanish, Portuguese & Latin American Studies at King’s College London. Many things for believing in our work!
