The Galician Film Forum is very pleased to be presenting the UK premiere of ‘Drowned Days’ (‘Os días afogados’) on Friday 24th March at 19:30 at King’s College London.
‘Drowned Days’ is an award-winning documentary about a Galician village that disappeared under the water when a new dam was built in north Portugal. The film uses fascinating historical footage to show the struggle villagers faced to keep their homes. The film will be in Galician with English subtitles and at the end of the screening we will be joined by some members of the crew for a short Q & A.
